You must cancel your order online before your cut-off time using one of the following methods:
To cancel an individual order, log into your account and go to your Shopping Cart. Click on the upcoming order you'd like to cancel. When the new screen populates, you can select individual items you'd like to cancel and click "Delete Selected Items", or you can click "Clear Order" to remove all items for that delivery day.
To cancel a recurring order, log into your account and go to your Recurring Items. Select the items you want to delete and click "Delete Selected Items", or click "Clear Order" to remove all items from your recurring order.
To cancel multiple orders, log into your account and click on the "Going on Vacation" link to enter vacation dates. You will not receive any orders as of your start date and through the end date. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know the dates you will be skipping orders.
Alternatively, you can log into your account and go to your Recurring Items, and change the "Next Delivery Date" for each item to the next date you'd like to receive an order. You will not receive orders until that date.
We are not responsible for charges incurred if you forget to cancel your order before your cut-off time.
