Our food comes from a combination of many sources. We shop from local and regional organic growers and local small businesses to find the freshest, highest quality items available. Our own organic farm in Albuquerque, New Mexico also brings a large variety of seasonal produce straight from the field to your table.
All produce listed on our website is organically grown and certified. Other items on our website, if not labeled as organic, are natural, meaning the ingredients are minimally processed and contain no hormones, antibiotics or synthetics. All of our meats are raised naturally and humanely, and our fish and seafood is farmed and caught using environmentally friendly practices.
