We are fortunate to have six 400' x 30' greenhouses and one 100' x 30' Hydroponics House so that we are able to grow and harvest food from our farm year-round.
The following are some examples of crops we have grown successfully in past years:
Winter: Carrots, beets, radishes, turnips, head lettuce, kale, pac choi, and rainbow chard
Spring: Kohlrabi, kale, rainbow chard, head lettuce, pac choi, squash, cabbage and cucumbers
Summer: Tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, radishes, turnips, head lettuce and beets
Fall: Green chile, kohlrabi, kale, rainbow chard, head lettuce, pac choi, squash, cabbage and cucumbers
We are always experimenting and adding new test crops! Keep an eye out for items in your Harvest Box that come from SKRS. That means it came directly from our farm!
