The farm has five full-time staff members, including an onsite caretaker. The job descriptions of our staff members include but are not limited to: tractor whisperers, irrigation engineers, soil experts, weed eliminators, hoe-wielding superheroes, chicken and pig catchers, vegetable aficionados, electric fence installers, surrogate plant parents, food harvesters... the list truly goes on and on. We are extremely fortunate to have such an amazing and highly qualified team operating our farm.
Our staff members are supported by a rolling crew of farm interns. We hire interns on a rolling basis; we can have as few as 1-2 interns in the slower Winter months, and up to 15 during our busy season (July-October). Check out our internship page for more information about internships!
