How do Recurring Orders Work?

We know some of our members are very busy, and by setting up a Recurring Order, you have one less thing to worry about. Recurring Orders allow you to choose an automatic delivery schedule on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This way, you don't have to worry about remembering to place your order each week before the cut-off time. You will receive a reminder in your email to let you know your delivery day is coming up so that you have time to customize or edit your order before your cut-off time, and you're good to go!

To set up a recurring order, log in to your account, select the route/delivery day from the drop-down menu and click on Recurring Items. Click on Browse Products to begin shopping for items you'd like to receive regularly. When you've located the items you'd like to add to your Recurring order, click Add. A dialogue box will pop up asking what type of order you would like to place for the item. The default is a One-Time Order, so to place a recurring order, simply select Recurring Order instead. An additional drop-down menu will appear, from which you will select whether you want the recurring order to be on a weekly schedule, or a biweekly schedule. Select your preference, and then select the date you'd like to start receiving that order.

Once the item has been added to your recurring items, we recommend reviewing the order so that you can make sure that if you've selected multiple items, they are on the same recurring schedule. If you need to adjust the delivery options or the start date, simply select your preference from the drop-down menu for each item you'd like to correct, or click on Next Delivery Date to move the start date.

Make sure you save your changes!

Please note that you will not be able to customize a Harvest Box from the Recurring Items page. You'll need to go back to your Shopping Cart to edit individual orders.

If you need to stop your orders at any time, simply go back to your Recurring Items and click Clear Order. This will prevent any unexpected orders from repopulating on your account. You can always re-add them later. If you need to skip just one order at any time, you can simply go to your Shopping Cart, click on the order for the date you want to skip, and delete the order. If you need to skip multiple deliveries, you can put some vacation dates in place so you do not receive orders during the specified time frame.
