How Do I Cancel/Suspend My Membership?

If you need to stop service with us, it is YOUR responsibility to cancel any standing or recurring orders in your account. Once you have done so, simply let us know whether you'd like to place your account on an indefinite suspension or have your information cleared from our system.

Any coolers still in your possession are yours to keep unless you live in the Albuquerque area and are able to bring your empty coolers to our warehouse at 3435 Stanford Dr. NE 87107.
