Why Can't I Log in to My Old Account?

If you used to have an account with us that has either been cancelled or deactivated, you will not be able to log in using your old credentials. Please contact us so that we can check our records to see if your account is still existent in our system and reactivate it if it has been deactivated. If you know that your old account was cancelled, you can create a new account; just be sure that you use an email that is different from the one you used in the past, as our system will not allow any past emails to be used more than once. If you continue to experience difficulty logging in to your account, please contact us!
