If you are a new member and you've received a notification that your account is suspended, it is because the delivery address you've entered is outside of our home delivery area. You will either need to select one of our pick-up locations instead of using your own delivery address, or change your delivery address to one that is within our delivery area. You can modify this information in Account Options-->Modify Personal Information, and then contact us so that we can remove the suspension from your account.
If you are not a new member, your account may be suspended because of a declined credit card transaction. If this is the case, check your email as you should have received a notification from us that your card declined which will include the reason it did not go through successfully. You will need to contact us to have the suspension removed from your account.
